The IRIDEOS network infrastructure extends for 27,000 km throughout the Country, along the main motorway, guaranteeing maximum proximity to companies and therefore the provision of a very high quality service, and is also a springboard for connect Italian companies and public administrations to the world. IRIDEOS constantly invests in upgrading its fiber optic network which reaches up to 400 Gbps, in order to guarantee its Customers the ability to connect with high levels of speed and reliability and to access all digital services such as the cloud.

IRIDEOS has state-of-the-art data centers distrubuted on the national territory, interconnected to the proprietary network, which provide housing/colocation and cloud services, which enable the most advanced cyber security and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Among these, Avalon Campus, the largest Italian Interconnection hub, represents the heart of the IRIDEOS ecosystem. In Avalon Campus are hosted 165 operators, Cloud Providers and national and international Content Delivery platforms with which it is possible to interconnect.
Avalon 3, the new hyper-connected data center in Milan, certified Tier IV and environmentally sustainable, is the latest expansion of the Avalon Campus.
All our data centers are powered by 100% energy produced from certified renewable sources.

The Security Operation Center Of IRIDEOS
Security is crucial to IRIDEOS and is baked into its services, infrastructures, and operational processes as a native component to guarantee the continuous control and protection of networks, systems and services. The IRIDEOS SOC, located in the Milan headquarter, is the internal competence center operating 24/7 to monitor the network infrastructure and data centers, and to provide proactive responses to potential cyber attacks for the IRIDEOS infrastructure and for its Customers.
